GDPR Request
In accordance with the EPCC Pont du Gard's personal data protection policy, you can exercise your rights by contacting our data protection officer and completing the form below.
The EPCC Pont du Gard has a period of 30 days from the receipt of the request to respond to you. For complex or numerous requests, this period may be extended to 2 months. If this is the case, you will be informed within the month following the receipt of the request.
Can my request be refused?
It is possible that we may not be able to respond to your questions or requests, out of respect for legal constraints or third-party rights. In this case, we will provide reasons for our refusal. If you believe that the EPCC Pont du Gard has not protected and/or processed your personal data in accordance with current regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
