Where are the ticket offices located on the site?

The ticket offices are located in the buildings on each side of the site and the car park pay stations are located in front of the buildings on each side.
The opening hours of the ticket offices and the discovery areas vary from month to month.

Where are the museum and the museum areas located?

The museum, Ludo and the cinema are located in the building on the left bank (in the commune of Vers Pont du Gard).

Are the cultural areas, guided tours and exhibitions available in English and/or other languages?

The museum, Ludo and the cinema are available in French, English, German and Spanish.
Guided tours are offered in French and some in English, when this is the case it is indicated on the online ticketing system when booking tickets.

Where can I withdraw money?

The nearest cash dispenser is located in Remoulins.

Where can I find toilets on the site?

On the left bank, there are toilets at each end of the building, as well as inside the building next to the museum entrance.
On the right bank, the toilets are located at the end of the building, and there are other toilets next to the restaurant Les Terrasses.

Is there a locker?

The Pont du Gard site does not have a locker or cloakroom.

Do you offer a catering service on the site?

Whether you want to have lunch in front of the monument, enjoy an ice cream, take a break or have an aperitif with friends, the Pont du Gard offers various catering options. The restaurant "Les Terrasses", on the right bank, invites you to savour simple, gourmet cuisine based on the finest products of our region, with its terrace facing the monument, in summer to extend your day until dusk and under the stars. Reservations are recommended at 04.66.63.91.37.
At any time of the day, in summer, the Pont du Gard site offers you a fast food outlet on each bank. Ideally located on the left bank next to the museum areas, the Bistro du Pont du Gard welcomes you in a spacious, friendly and contemporary setting and offers a lovely terrace cooled in summer by misters. You can have a quick lunch, with a wide choice of salads, sandwiches and desserts, take a refreshing break or enjoy an ice cream. Les Petites Terrasses, on the right bank, offers a selection of home-made delicacies to eat in or take away. It is a salad bar, sandwich shop and ice cream parlour all in one. Recipes created around the best local products, mostly organic and carefully selected: sandwiches, wraps, hot dishes, homemade ice cream and other delicacies.

Where can you picnic on the site?

Picnic tables are set up on each bank, near the bridge at the crossings on the left bank, opposite the Vieux Moulin or on the esplanade on the right bank, near the restaurant Les Terrasses. You can also picnic anywhere on the site in an environmentally friendly manner. Picnicking on the terraces of sales outlets such as the bistro is not permitted.

Is it possible to swim on the site and where are the beaches located on the site?

By municipal decree, swimming on the beach is at your own risk.

Is there a shop where I can take home a souvenir of my visit?

Would you like to stroll around, extend your visit, enjoy the atmosphere and all the Mediterranean scents? Our shop on the left bank offers you a selection of the best craft, cosmetic, gastronomic and decorative products typical of the South of France and its art of living.
